Abstract

The research aims to study the topic of social responsibility and its role in achieving reputation for a number of hotel organizations in Duhok governorate. The researchers presented the literature on these subjects. The data were collected using a questionnaire dedicated to this purpose, And distributed to managers in these organizations reached (55) manager ,SPSS was used to study the assumed relationships in the research model ,The research revealed the interest of the hotel organizations in social responsibility and reputation in general, and the weakness of their interest in the responsibility of Philanthropic and creativity.  The research also made a number of suggestions, including the need to raise levels of attention to all dimensions of social responsibility  and dimensions of reputation, and the Philanthropic responsibility should be a part of the strategy of hotel organization, , as well as the delegated authority of these organizations for staff, and the provision of an integrated information system to achieve creativity
