The extent to which the requirements of TQM concept are applied In the Faculty of Education and Science at Mustansiriya University

Abstract

The research problem is the need to evaluate and develop the performance  and that create  a crisis in our university foundations as a result to their weakness in quick response to the society and world changes as well as the demanded challenges for the society in the way that make it active and effective . Also the importance of the research comes from that the concept of comprehensive quality management is considered one of the modern administrative concepts that aims to improve . develop and promote administrative performance level in contentious manner through respond to the client inputs .

The aim of this research is to learn the range of applying the requirements  of comprehensive quality management in  college of Education For Mustansiriya and the College of Sciences, University of Baghdad from teachers point of view . Also to learn the differences among the teachers according to gender variable ( males , females ) and major (scientific, human) in their view of the range of applying comprehensive quality managing requirements .The research was limited by male and female teachers in the department of College of Education For Mustansiriya, the College of Sciences in University of Baghdad (604) in the studying year ( 2019-2018).

     The researchers identified some of special terms for the research  and introducing the subjects and literatures in the theoretical aspect of the subject and mention some of Arabic and Foreign studies concerning the subject of this research .

     The researchers followed some of procedures through description of the research society that contains male and female teachers who work in the departments of College of Education for Mustansiriya and the College of Sciences. A sample of (200) subjects were obtained represented53. 61%)) of the research society .The researchers made  a special instrument for the research through studying the previous studies and literatures as well as the open question through applying true and validity on the instrument. The researchers made some conclusions , recommendations and suggestions.
