Abstract

Nuclear weapons are one of the most powerful and strongest weapons that is available nowadays to humans in the aspect of the energy that the weapon releases. Nuclear weapons are a serious issue that the world is confronting today, especially as many countries strongly desire to have their own nuclear autonomy for various reasons, which is a big threat for the whole world’s stability and security and that created a big concern for the peace lovers.
Even though, many states, international organizations and institutions trying hard to decrease the number of nuclear weapons, the possession, the future use and the develop of the weapons. In addition of the international efforts trying even to eliminate the prohibited explosive nuclear materials, technology and program such as, the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 71/258, on a Legally Binding Instrument to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons, Leading Towards their Total Elimination in (2016), which will be a big effective step to destroy the nuclear weapons totally, because if next nuclear weapon war happened, it will be uncontrollable and will ruin everything in the world.
